Event Description

Three years ago we had our first-ever Texas meetup at Lucky's in Houston. It lives on today as one of the most epic evenings ever. It was like the country circus came to town.

We've been talking about that Houston meetup for years now and I'm proud to announce the circus is finally returning to town! Lucky's is a huge venue and we can't wait to throw another Texas-sized Meetup at our old stomping ground!

By your purchase of a ticket to this event (KCCO Official Gold Launch in Houston), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Use of Your Image.  You authorize Resignation Brewery, LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, employees, members, managers, officers, directors, affiliated entities, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Resignation") to, in its sole discretion, use, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, publicly display, or otherwise make use of any images containing, in whole or in part, your person, image, or likeness for commercial and non-commercial purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to, print, online, digital, video, and in connection with all websites, products, or services offered by Resignation and/or the marketing or advertising thereof, from this date and continuing forever, without any compensation to you.

Travel and Limitation of Liability.  By your purchase of a ticket to the Event, you acknowledge that you are willing to travel to the Event.  You are solely responsible for making your own travel and accommodation arrangements and are all costs thereof associated with attending the Event.  In the event of a cancellation of or other changes to the Event, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE A REFUND OF THE TICKET PRICE OF THE EVENT.  YOU AGREE THAT RESIGNATION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR RESIGNATION WAS OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OR ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Indemnification.  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resignation from and against any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action, losses, damages, lawsuits, debts, proceedings, fees (including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees), and judgments, caused by, arising from, or relating to your participation in or attendance at this Event.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY.  YOU HERE RELEASE, WAIVE, ACQUIT, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND HOLD HARMLESS RESIGNATION FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, INJURIES (INCLUDING DEATH), DAMAGES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS OR CAUSES OF ACTION, LOSSES, SUITS, DEBTS, PROCEEDINGS, FEES (INCLUDING COURT COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES), AND JUDGMENTS, IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT, CAUSED BY, ARISING FROM, OR OCCURRING FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES TO YOUR PERSON OR PROPERTY, VIOLATION OF RIGHTS OF PRIVACY OR PUBLICITY, AND/OR THE SOLE, JOINT, OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE, STATUTORY FAULT, OR STRICT LIABILITY OF RESIGNATION. 

Jurisdiction.  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, and any disputes relating to it shall be adjudicated in Travis County, Texas.
